There is Cit/UX a system that would take you some work to get up and running
it is written (badly) for an OLD version of Xenix.  I have gotten it up
and running on Xenix SysV/386 and I am in the process of cleaning up the
code so that at least it is readable and maintainable (but probably still not
good).
