What is in it? Message-ID: <1991May27.075254.12753@ibmpcug.co.uk> Date: 27 May 91 07:52:54 GMT Organization: The IBM PC User Group, UK. Lines: 27 Hello, Please could some knowledgeable person at Digital (or otherwise!) help me to understand what networking support is supplied in Ultrix, but particularly what is/will be supplied in OSF/1. I am interested in kernel level as well as user level replies. e.g. Out of the following does it support some or all of: sockets, RPC, NFS, RFS, XDR, r* (which ones)? If so, what flavours (particularly of RPC)? Many thanks in advance. (Please reply to derek@aivru.sheffield.ac.uk and *NOT* to the ibmpcug address this has come from, thanks).
