Message-ID: Date: 28 May 91 18:11:02 GMT Distribution: comp.sys.sys Organization: Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA Lines: 38 Nntp-Posting-Host: spectrum.cc.lehigh.edu I keep getting the following error message every so often on the Sparc 1+ server (SunOS 4.1.1). I have no clue as to what the message means. Ironically, str_io.c is not supplied with the kernel software; only the object file is there. I tried restoring the str_io.o from the original tape to make sure that it is not corrupted. That didn't help either. Any insight into this from any one? I cannot recalled what changes I made that initiated this trouble. It suddenly started about two weeks ago and ever since, the server boots once every other day. -- Binod Taterway | lubkt@spectrum.CC.Lehigh.EDU Sr. User Consultant | bt00@lehigh.BITNET Lehigh University Computing Center | (215) 758-3984 (off) Bethlehem, PA 18015 | (215) 758-4983 (fax)
