I am having problems configuring the hp deskjet500 with my windows system.  
things like quatro pro and word are not printing correctly.  Quattro starts  
half way down the page sometimes but always prints the last few lines on the 
next page.  This is extremely irritating and I would be extremely grateful for 
any help that can be given to me.
