Unless I misunderstand the problem about ProgMan starting up minimized,
shouldn't all that's necessary be to Exit Windows, with Save Changes, while
ProgMan is maximized or in a window?  I thought that would bring it
up open every time WIN is run...
Correct me if I'm wrong.... (No Flames!)
