Borland has been kind enough to offer me a Paradox DLL Engine for Windows
for slightly under $100.

The capabilities of this DLL seem impressive,  but I am unclear if I have
the right to distribute it with applications I might wish to sell or give
away.

Has anyone taken Borland up on their kind offer? If so, please email me
your impressions as to its usefulness and any information you have on
its distribution etc.
