Benjamin has been an active participant in the past and current development of Motif. To get us started, he will present the developmental history of the Motif widget set, from X protocol version 10 through the latest version, Motif 1.1. Of special interest to those currently using or planning to use Motif is his insight into the next version of Motif, version 1.2, currently under development at HP (under contract from OSF). He will also discuss the future of Motif beyond 1.2. We expect a vigorous question and answer session to follow the presentation. This is the place to get your Motif questions answered! * * * Benjamin Ellsworth is a software design engineer at Hewlett Packard Company is Corvallis, Oregon.
