The hierarchy of my application:

			  Toplevel Shell
			  	|
				V
			BulletinBoard Dialog
				|
				V
			    RowColumn
			       /|\
			      / | \
			     /  |  \
			    /   |   \ 
		     MenuBar  Sep-    ScrolledText
			     erator


Somehow, I couldn't use mwm window manager to resize.   The Text widget
inside the scrolled window refuses to change its size.

Does anybody have any suggestion ?
