ASL is a "high" method of communication that DESERVES as much respect as a foreign language! So much idea can get across in ASL than English could ever provide.. Much more can be done if everyone knew ASL! I have a friend that is very interested in the physical brain processing of ASL, as well as the social reasons of ASL.. She has been doing alot of research and everyday I see her, she always has an incredible "tid-bit" to share with me about ASL... What we need to do, is form a team of professionals willing to support one other- to fight for respect towards ASL as a "high level" language! -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!275!429!Tim.Smith Internet: Tim.Smith@f429.n275.z1.fidonet.org
