A friend recently received a bunch of different drives in a 'swap deal'
or some such and was quizzing me as to what interfaces they were.
I am not really experienced with anything except st-506 and smd
drives, so I wasn't able to identify all the drive types.

The ones I don't know about are:
Micropolis 1334

Toshiba MK156FA

Also a controller: Emulex MU-21

Anybody know what type of drives these are?

How do you tell an ESDI from and ST-506 interface? Any identifying
features?
