How about neither? Or Both? Maybe it ought to be viewed it as a SERVICE, that was bought and paid-for. Consider wanting to see a movie. I pay an fee with the explicit understanding/contract that a service is provided for me. Is that a right or a privilege? I guess that once the fee is paid, I have a right to use the service under the terms upon which the fee was made. Just some idle thinking...
