HyperCLIPS is available from NASA through COSMIC at the University of
Georgia.  I haven't worked with it yet, but I've heard favorable things.
CLIPS is a fairly flexible expert system development shell.  HyperCLIPS
allows you to use CLIPS in HyperCard.
