The title says all.  I am wondering if I can find a public domain 
simulator for traveling salesman problem.   Can anybody suggest
me where to find one?   Although there are a number of discussions
is "hard" problem,  I could not locate one simulator for TSP
or other hard problems.   CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?   Thanks in advance!
