Hi, netters. I'm trying to introduce myself into NN world. I would like
to know whether there're standard algorithm codes available through FTP
(such as backpropagation and others), how to get them and how to make
them readable to me once I transfer them. I know that's a very general
petition but, geee, I'm a beginner and I want to get the main tools that
are public domain.

You can post the answers in the group or e-mail them to me (or the codes
if you wish). Preferably C language but no problem if others.
