this is a prerelease of a SPECTRUM picture viewer.
I've posted the sources to c.s.atari.st

[The archive originally included this program and a sample picture.  I've
 removed the picture, and the program is so short that I'm including it
 unarchived below.  It appears to display all pictures in the current
