	Speaking of standards for voice compression... does anyone have
c src code for CCITT standard ADPCM compression?   Any pointers, donations,
etc., would be appreciated.
	(For the uninitiated/curious: the ADPCM standard compresses a 64 kBps
(8 bit log PCM) input into a 32 kBps output.)
