I have heard that there is a company that will convert V2 triggers to
V3 with PL/SQL.  Unfortunately, I do not remember the name.

I have been converting all of our 2.3 forms to 3.0.  Needless to say this
has been a very cumbersome process.  However, I have written a script (Unix
Shell) that makes this process much easier.
