I am looking for a simple database program to do a mail list
in VMS.  Ideally, would be something like Microsoft file, but
for a VMS machine.  RDB is over-kill.  We also don't have a
programmer type to set anything up.

So we need a simple, inexpensive data base that does labels.

Easy to find for DOS or Macs, but not for VMS.

E-mail me any ideas, I'll summerize here.

P.S. As part of a University we have license for a LOT of DEC software,
including RDB, CDD, Datatrieve and others.  So if someone has a
idea that needs one of these, we can use them.
