		What Pocket Modems are Recommended ???

	I am looking for a good (i.e. reliable) modem for a laptop.

	Does anyone have any comments on the best configuration for
	a "PORTABLE LAPTOP WITH A MODEM" ???

	In other words, how might I set-up a laptop that uses a 
	Cellular Phone?

	What speeds are recommended (2400, 4800, 9600,..) ?

	I seem to remember reading a posting that said that 9600 speeds
	(V32, bis, or otherwise) are not recommended ?

	Any comments...
