Has anyone crafted support for vt200/vt300 function keys in JOVE?
I'm not real clear on how keybindings are done, but these terminals
generate codes of the form ^[[*~ where * could be one or two digits.

Users want the mini-keypad plus upper row function keys. Any help
would be appreciated. I'm using JOVE 4.14.
