Does anybody out there in net-land know where I could get my hands on
a GIF *EDITOR*?   It's nice having a large-ish archive of GIFs and
all, but I want to be able to manipulate the GIFs themselves, and at
the moment, that is impossible.

Please e-mail me responses, although I must admit that there is a
definite possibilty that a LOT of people will probably be interested
in this one.

P.S. Yes, I know about the PBMPLUS utilities, but those don't allow
you to directly edit any singular part of the GIF and actually change
the GIF itself, they (seem to) only allow you to make changes on the
whole gif (inverting it, quantizing it, etc.)
