Japanese/English software translation (localization)

A group of us is seeking to lay the groundwork for a company
that converts software and the accompanying computer documentation
from Japanese to English or vice-versa (known in the trade as
localization).  This will be done on products to be marketed in
America or in Japan.

We have expertise in ROM-BIOS localization for IBM-PC compatibles,
printer drivers, and MS-Windows program development.  In addition, we
have a translator who has worked in the Japanese industry for 6 years.

We are looking for two things:

   - Information on localization being done already
   - Contacts for potential contracts for localization
