The serial input routine on the RTX Evaluation Board's ebforth will not accept a zero byte. Thus, to download an executable image I had to work around that limitation (annoying me, of course). (I changed all $00 and $01 bytes to an $01 byte followed by an $01 or an $02 byte -- all other bytes were passed through without change as single bytes.)
