I have just put release 2.31 on export.lcs.mit.edu (18.30.0.238) - the file is contrib/ups-2.31.tar.Z. See my article in comp.windows.x or comp.unix.ultrix for details. Ups runs under X or Sunview. It is primarily a C debugger, but there is FORTRAN support - I have had mail from some FORTRAN programmers who are using it to good effect. Mark
