Please pardon the blatantly self-interested query, but
does anyone know of a Lisp-based system-management tool
that is widely available?

The kind of thing that I'm looking for is a tool that will
handle version management, assist in recompilation, and
possibly allow systems to be patched.  Ideally, I'm looking
for something that will fill the same niche as the Symbolics
System Contruction Tool, but which is written in common lisp.

Thanks for any information; if positive, even more thanks, as
this will make my life much easier.
