I have a software product application in mind which I can develop using C or
DBase/Clipper/Foxpro. If I sell multiple copies of this product, do I have to
pay royalty fees (for using Microsoft or Clipper compiler) for each copy sold ?
Are my customers required to purchase the platform(Microsoft/Clipper) in order
to legally use the product ? Can someone direct me to a good source on these
legal issues ? I am a software business novice.
