What's the best--that is, cheapest-- way to turn Mac II video output into
an NTSC signal; alternatively, is a simple video grabber, to take NTSC
output and put it into a window, that much more expensive? 

Does anybody have product recommendations/warnings about something to do
either of these?  I'm looking for the cheapest reasonable-quality solution
to overlay Mac and VDP output.
