Message-ID: <1991May31.195216.9407@leland.Stanford.EDU> Date: 31 May 91 19:52:16 GMT Article-I.D.: leland.1991May31.195216.9407 Sender: news@leland.Stanford.EDU (Mr News) Organization: Stanford University - AIR Lines: 20 I've downloaded the files from ucsd.edu that seem to describe a preversion of MIDI Standards. I was wondering what kind of difference there was between those files and the actual Standard that the IMA provides. In other words: are those files obsolete (because they have errors, or just because the Standard has evolved a lot), or are they still pretty close to the actual Standard ? Has anybody compared the two sources ? Thanks for any answer, by email or on the newsgroup.
