Sorry if this is in the wrong group but I cannot find any other group
more appropriate than this one.

As part of my studies I have to give a discussion on the EDEN System.
I was wondering if anyone knew of some good literature etc.

I have the following two articles:
1) ACM Operating Systems Review: The Architecture of the Eden System
   Vol 15. 1981

2) ACM Operating Systems Review: Supporting Distributed Applications
   Vol 19. 1985

I also would like the following:
1) Replication and Nexted Transactions in the Eden System
   Author: C. Pu
   Phd. dissertation at the University of Washington

2) Distributed Operating Systems: An Overview of Current Research
   Taken from USENET newsgroup comp.os.research June 1988


If anyone (especially those at the University of Washington) have
any information/guidance on the subject matter, could they please
respond to my plea.
