The Icon is Stored in the *.EXE Files so Start to do the Folowing:
  In the Programm - Manager select the FILE - NEW Menu-Item
  Choose New Program
  Search for the Application 'PBRUSH.EXE'
  OK.

If the program isn't corrupted, it should work.
Else you have to reinstall the program PBRUSH.EXE, it should be
enough, if you just copied it from the Windows-Installation-Disk
(don't know on wich disk it is)

Do the same as said above, but search for the Filename of your
aplication instead.
If it's an ordinary dos-app, Windows will use a dull Symbol.
You can change this while installing the program.
