If you don't like vi, don't use it. I know over a dozen editors, and use vi by preference. In the rare case that vi doesn't do what I want, I switch to Programmer's WorkBench; I have done that exactly twice in the past year. Followups to /dev/null. Editor flames waste time. P.S.
