     Anyone know of a low level format program for a Wester Digital
21Meg Hard Card.  (The HC = 8 bit WD controller card + 614 cyl 4 head WD HD)
I need to be able to specify the bad track information.  None of my
llformatters seems to recognize a sector as bad, but I know it's bad.

Any info will help...
