I am fairly new to LANs, (but experienced in programming and a happy OS/2 user), and I would like to connect my OS/2 as a server, a vintage IBM-PC, and a 8088 laptop in a small network so they could share the printer and the hard disk. I have OS/2 1.2EE, but don't know which hardware it supports. I see Ethernet (10MB) cards for fairly cheap. Can I connect those to the OS/2 server and MS-DOS client machines? Would it work? Performance is not a great issue since the load will be really light, but I would like to minimize my cost. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! -turgut
