I'm an editor of the IEEE TCOS newsletter and I'm soliciting systems project
descriptions to appear in the newletter.

We made a previous call for project descriptions a few months ago and the
response was less than we'd hoped, so I'm asking again.

Please send me via electronic mail a short description of your project.  It
should include:

* the project title

* the principal investigator(s) (with e-mail addresses)

* the principal people involved in the project (graduate students, staff)

* an abstract of between 100 and 300 words describing the project

* a list of papers and technical reports about the project

* how to obtain technical reports and reprints (FTP, e-mail, post)

You can help me enormously by sending this to me in LaTeX format, with the
references in BibTeX.

Please send your project descriptions by June 15, 1991 to:
