What sort of HP 3000? Which revision of MPE? HP supports ARPA services and
TCP/IP on the MPE/XL OS for the 3000 Series 900 machines, and there are also
solutions available (not all from HP) for the older CISC-based 3000s running
MPE/V.

You might try talking to your local HP sales folk.
