Vance's PCROUTE older versions related to experimental bridging in commented
out include files. I am not sure of the latest, but the doc doesn't refer to
bridging. Now, he has made a PCBRIDGE, and I think this one is only bridging.
So, is there a third one? Sorry to ask more than answer.
