According to the DEC OSI development team, they are putting the "hooks" to allow NTP time to be imported to DTSS for Ultrix. I asked about VMS. DEC wasn't aware that there was an NTP implementation for VMS. When I told them of the vendor who "had it now" the speaker said he would take that information back to the development team.
