Does anyone know where to get a current version of SPICE?  I have SPICE
version 2.G6 and 3.B1, but nothing newer.  I've tried mailing to
spice@cad.berkeley.edu as it says in the installation guide for Spice 3.B1,
but cad.berkeley.edu is refusing mail connections.

Please send any information to the mailing address below.  I don't (normally)
read this news group.
