The problem with them is not that the sockets are not large enough. If you take a close look you'll see the chips don't use all the pins on the sockets. However, Acorn decided to wire these extra pins to +5volts - thus rendering them useless as possible address pins. I don't know how the IFEL 4Meg board and other's like it intend to overcome this problem - anyone with this knowledge care to answer? Chris.
