That's the same reason auto companies create low-sale models which are hot and sporty... to bring people into their showroom, where they then buy a more affordable and practical car ;-). Not an exact comparison, but it'll do for now. We all have been put in the position time and again, of promoting system X only to have a potential buyer ask: but does it run software ZZ? All the good arguments you can come up with usually mean diddly to them... as their mind is fixated on being able to run ZZ no matter whether or not they will actually use it. I can only thank goodness that I'm not in marketing . cheers - kevin
