Look at Jetfighter II, or Test Drive III. Neither due out for Amiga soon, if at all, but these are some of the best 3-D type programs there are. Of course, another problem is with the CPU chip. Many, many IBM games are out that require at least an 80286 for good enough speed and graphics. Unfortunately, hardly any Amiga games even ACKNOWLEDGE the existence of a 68020/30. On the one hand this is good -- the programmers have to be really good and get speedy graphics on a 68000 instead of just being sloppy and saying "aw, make the user get a faster processor..." But on the other hand, truly sophisticated and fast 3-D programs are not as common -- the software makers may be assuming that if it's just too big for a 68000 to handle, then NO Amiga can handle it. I wouldn't be that pleased if, say, Falcon 3.0 Amiga required a 68020 or better, but I'd be happier than if no Falcon 3.0 Amiga existed at all. Which it doesn't.
