When I power up my A500, the screen goes either light green or yellow for for a short time then after that the usual dark grey, light grey, white and "insert WB-disk" screens show up. After that everything seems OK until I try to reset the machine with CTRL-AMIGA-AMIGA, then the screen goes dark grey, light grey, the power lamp starts to blink and then it stopps. The only way to start the computer again, is to turn the power off and on. I have found one way to cure the reset-error, if I run setpatch r in my startup-sequence the CTRL-AMIGA-AMIGA mysteriously seems to work. I have a rev 6a A500 with 1M Chip and a A590 with 2M Fast. I have tried to changed DENISE, ODD CIA, EVEN CIA, 68000, ROM, PAULA, GARY, AGNUS, power supply, keyboard, A590 and diskdrive, but nothing seems to make any difference. Have anyone out there seen this problem before? What shall I do to fix the problems? All suggestions, ideas and comments are welcome. Please answer at News or to my account: td89hh@garfield.hh.se
