I can across a converter from Midi to Diversitune and Diversitune to SynthLab
formats.  I've sent it to apple2-l so it should appear there and on 
comp.binaries.apple2.  It is also available in the upload sections of
apple20archive.umich.edu and tybault (131.215.139.100)
