Message-ID: <1991Jun3.194321.4346@informix.com> Date: 3 Jun 91 19:43:21 GMT Sender: cortesi@informix.com Organization: Informix Software, Inc. Lines: 11 The hpIIIsi printer takes what the manual calls "SIMMs" to upgrade its memory. I have been told third hand, supposedly from an hp-trained service person, that upgrade SIMMs must be obtained from HP; the ones I might buy from a mail-order memory supplier will not do. I would like a reality check on this assertion. Comment from someone who has tried installing non-HP memory in a IIIsi would be especially welcome, with the results. cortesi@informix.com (or ...!pyramid!infmx!cortesi)
