Looking through the June _Computer_Shopper_, I was getting ready to settle on a Goldstar 1450+ 800x600 for $299.95. I don't want an interlaced 1024x768, and the non-interlaced ones were too much. Then I saw an add featuring a Weico 1024x768 non-interlaced monitor with .28 DP for $299. Does anyone have one of these? I was very tempted to get this but I am not sure, so I am looking for advice. If anyone has either of these or would like to suggest an alternative, please send e-mail. I do not want to go very much over the price of the monitors I am already considering. If I do decide to get the Goldstar, would I be better of getting a 1460+ interlaced 1024x768 for $315 just so I have all major video modes supported, or is that not important (to you). Thanks for any comments! -Dan Schikore drs@cs.purdue.edu (niccum@en.ecn.purdue.edu)
