	We will be doing some experiments here shortly that will need
to have voice output.  Are requirements for a board are mimimal, we need
to digitize speech to hard disk(preferably a network drive) and playback
this speech later(no great sound resolution required) we should also
be able to create or call these functions from turbo pascal.  Please
reply by E-mail and I will summarize.
