BlueMax does not support Windows in standard mode, so you have no choice
but to run it in enhanced (I don't know about real mode).  Secondly,
you need himem.sys for both standard and enhanced mode anyway, so 
there's no change in that.

It is possible to support Windows in standard mode with UMB's, but BlueMax
(and 386MAX) doesn't support it.
