They have released a backward compatible upgrade for their last version (which autocad 10 & 11) use, that fixes MicroSoft Windows 3.0 problem. The patch is available on compuserve or should be by now, from you autocad dealer. A second fix to this problem would be to buy and use the new version of Quarterdeck's Qram, which is now reportedly fully windows 3.0 compatible, and use that in place of the windows memory drivers in the system. al -- Al.
