As 19" bw Moniterm monitors age, one of two things seems to happen: either
the display will shake horizontally occasionally or the monitor will act
as if it has lost power for a fraction of a second.  Moniterm produced a
similar monitor for Suns which had similar problems.  For these there
was a simple repair which could be made (2 capacitors needed to be replaced).
Does anyone know if there is a simple repair which can be made to the
RT version of the monitor?
