hi--

i am desperately in need of a mac program that would be able to transfer a
gif file (as in something i might get off of a group, ftp or whatever) into
a macpaint file.  is this possible?  i've seen gifconverter at sumex, but i
can never seem to get it to work on my mac, nor am i sure that it is what i
need.  are there any programs out there that can convert from gif to mac?
i have access to so many good gifs, but no way to use them, except on my
mac.  if anyone knows of anything that i could use, please e-mail me, or if
you think it warrants the attention of the group, then post.... thanks.
